CAAS (Continence Aids Assistance Scheme) is changing to CAPS (Continence Aids Payment Scheme)
What is CAPS?
CAPS is a scheme to assist eligible people with the costs of their incontinence products. This payment will be made directly to the clients bank account, giving them the greater choice and flexibility to purchase their incontinence products from a supplier of their choice.
Why is CAAS changing to CAPS?
CAAS was changed to increase flexibility and choice of supplier for the client. You will now be able to choose which supplier you purchase your products from and the frequency of your purchase.
