FAST  DISCREET  DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12.30pm will usually be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) either by Australia Post eParcel or TNT National Courier giving the security of registered post and the convenience of being able to track the progress of your parcel. When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with your unique eParcel tracking number. If for any reason a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by one of our friendly customer service team and advised a despatch date.


AUSTRALIA  POST  ePARCEL TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with your unique eParcel tracking number, along with a link to the Australia Post eParcel Tracking website  http://www.auspost.com.au/track/  When you follow this link, you will be able to track your parcels progress.


TNT AUSTRALIA PARCEL TRACKING
Track your TNT parcel log onto TNT Online Website  http://www.tnt.com/express/en_au/site/home.html  enter your consignment tracking number (found on your order confirmation / goods shipped notice) and track your parcels progress.

DELIVERY CHARGES
All delivery charges are stated at checkout of your purchase. We charge a flat rate fee dependant on the area of delivery for standard items unless otherwise stated.

EXPRESS POST
If you would like your parcel delivered via Express Post, please contact us at sales@bmhealthcare.com.au or by telephone on 07 3408 2000 (9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday) with your full postal address and we will be happy to supply you with a quote for Express Post.

SOME LARGER MOBILITY ITEMS HAVE THEIR OWN SEPERATE DELIVERY CHARGE 
Some larger mobility items have their own shipping charge due to their weight and size. This shipping charge is shown in the drop down box above the add to cart tab at the top right of the product page. Simply select your delivery state from this drop down box and the item delivery charge will then be automatically added to the item price.  You will not be charged further delivery charges on these items at checkout.

SHIPPING OF YOUR NEW MOBILITY SCOOTER
Your new mobility scooter will be collected from our warehouse and shipped direct to your address via TNT Australia, we will contact you upon dispatch and advise a delivery day.
