ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A FULL TAX INVOICE
Browse our online store using the categories on the left hand menu, click on an item you want to view and then add the item to your shopping basket. The number of items and cost will be displayed in Your Cart on the right hand side of the top bar. When you have finished, click the checkout button and enter your username and password for returning customers or the register button for new customers. Alternatively, if you do not wish to register, you can proceed through the express checkout. Once you have entered all the relevent details you will be directed to choose your preferred payment option.
eWAY SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY
We use eWAY to guarantee the best possible security for our online transactions. eWAY has multiple firewalls to protect important data and features 1024 bit data encryption. No credit card information is stored on either eWAYs or the BM Healthcare web sites. Payments are accepted by Visa or Mastercard.
PayPal offers a secure payment method for Visa, Mastercard, eCheque or Bank Deposit. Simply select Paypal at the checkout and you will be directed briefly to our checkout area at the PayPal website.

If you would prefer, you can pay by Direct Bank Deposit. Bank details are at the checkout, please use your Surname and Order ID number as reference when making your payment.
TELEPHONE OR POST
If you would prefer to pay over the telephone or by post, then shop as normal but print your order at checkout before completion, then either call us on 07 5497 7483 (9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday) with your surname or order number as a referance and pay with your credit card or post your order to us enclosing payment (personal cheque or Post Office Money Order) made payable to BM Healthcare. We will dispatch your order upon receipt of cleared payment.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and so offer a 10 Day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods unused and in their original packaging (incontinence products must be in their original sealed packaging) within 10 days for a refund of the purchase price (less small restocking fee). Postage and return postage are not covered by this refund guarantee. Due to the nature of some of our products, any incontinence items that have been opened or used will not be refunded. All returns must be notified to the office for authorisation prior to return within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please telephone 07 5497 7483 for return authorisation.
