A: Yes, all our incontinence products are delivered in plain packaging and there is NO
supplier information visible on the outside packaging, therefore your product is delivered
with complete discretion.
Q2: Approximately how long do the washable incontinence products last?
A: All our range of washable incontinence products will wash well in excess of 300 times
making them a very cost effective option
Q3: How long before my order arrives?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders the same day (where possible) if your order is placed
before 12pm. Order place after 12pm will be dispatched the following day (excluding
weekends)
Q4: Do you sell Blueys?
A: Yes, we sell Blueys. We call them disposable bed sheets and they are available in 3
sizes.
Q5: Do you sell very light incontinence pads?
A: Yes, we sell a very small and light incontinence pad called the Contisure Premium Micro
Shaped pads. They are available in a 4 sizes from Mini to Micro Super and are suitable
for stress to light incontinence.
Q6: What brand is Contisure and Sahara, I have never heard of them?
A: The Contisure and Sahara brand of disposable and washable incontinence products are a
well known European brand imported into Australia. They are widely used in Europe and
sold into the UK national health service. We have been selling these products for over 19
years into nursing homes and aged care facilities and also to the general public and you
can feel assured that they are products of the very highest quality and great value for money.
